Following Lenovo's showcase, Samsung Display also took the opportunity at MWC 2024 to present a bendable phone that can be worn on the wrist, pushing forward the bendable phone as a new form factor for the future.

The concept bendable phone showcased by Samsung, named Samsung Cling Band, can be arched to wear like a bracelet on the wrist. Like other foldable phones, there are creases visible on certain parts of the display, but the majority of the screen remains very smooth when bent.

In addition, Samsung also revealed several new foldable screen products, including an extendable foldable screen product. The most eye-catching among these is the "tri-fold" prototype, featuring a 12.4-inch screen size with FHD+ resolution. Although Samsung has not disclosed further information, the prototype appears to be highly developed, and it is currently unclear whether Samsung will consider launching related phone products.

At the MWC 2024 expo, Samsung Display also arranged a special demonstration segment to highlight the exceptional performance of its foldable screens in terms of water resistance, continuous bending, scratch resistance, and impact resistance.
